Expected Impact
- Develop whole school work on strengthening teaching and learning
- Co-ordinate whole school work on developing literacy, numeracy, digital and independent skills
- Support pupils to achieve targets and provide advice and guidance
- Support pupils to engage fully with learning, support pupils’ skills development and provide advice and guidance on 1:1 basis and small groups
- Identify pupils who are underperforming to provide appropriate support
- Record staff development against priorities to support effective professional development
