Expected Impact

  1. Develop whole school work on strengthening teaching and learning
  2. Co-ordinate whole school work on developing literacy, numeracy, digital and independent skills
  3. Support pupils to achieve targets and provide advice and guidance
  4. Support pupils to engage fully with learning, support pupils’ skills development and provide advice and guidance on 1:1 basis and small groups
  5. Identify pupils who are underperforming to provide appropriate support
  6. Record staff development against priorities to support effective professional development
